Please contact us for details. Aerodynamic Body Optimizer for Automobiles (ABOA): Road Vehicle Aerodynamics is one of the most important factors to reduce the fuel consumption of the vehicles. Aerodynamic Body Optimizer uses Six Sigma and Design of Experiment methods to analyze the interaction between the body geometry and the fuel consumption. Database module in ABOA accepts inputs from various resources (wind tunnel and CFD) and perform automated data correction to eliminate source dependency. Planning and Inventory Management Analyzer (PIMA): Planning and Inventory Management Analyzer was built to keep track of inventories, sales orders and plan production to meet those orders. On the inventory tracking side, it deals with purchase orders, receipts, reorder point materials, and issues/returns to/from the shop floor, and material reconciliation. On the production planning side it takes into account timed Bills of Materials, sales orders, and available inventories, generating a plan, and displaying material shortages. It can also be used to track the progress of the plan. CFD Lab: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) has become a vital part of engineering practice in recent years. Learning and using this new engineering tool does not have to be difficult. The CFD Lab software is specifically designed to teach the principles of CFD tools with hands on applications and examples. Heat Exchanger Designer (HAD): Heat Exchanger Designer was developed for mechanical engineers who design heating and cooling systems. The HAD software conducts heat loss calculations for shell and tube, plate and serpentine type heat exchangers. It also automatically creates the technical drawings in AutoCAD© for the designed heat exchanger.
